FORTUNATELY, THE COUNTY ENDED UP MOST MAJORITY OF THEIR PROJECTS BEING LOW TO MODERATE INCOME AND ONLY TWO BEING URGENT NEED, WHICH WAS GREAT BECAUSE GL LOVES LMI PROJECTS. YOUR TOTAL IS A LITTLE OVER ALMOST $26 MILLION. LIKE I SAID, ABOUT 15% OF IT IS URGENT NEED. MOST OF IT IS LMI, WHICH IS GREAT. AT FIRST IT WAS A LITTLE BIT MORE CLOSER TO 40%. THIS WAS EXECUTED ON APRIL 17TH AND YOU EXPIRE IN JUNE OF 2028. IT IS ANOTHER THREE YEAR CONTRACT, WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF UP TO A TWO YEAR EXTENSION WHEN NEEDED. SO YOU HAVE THAT OPTION.
