a. Examination, consideration, and action on approval of all claims against San Patricio County Pursuant to section 113.064, Texas Local Government Code.
b. Consideration and action on Budget Line Items, Transfers, and Amendments.
c. Consideration and action on accepting bank reconciliation, investment reports, and related matters by County Treasurer.
4. Individual Action Agenda:
a. Presentation by Wes Hoskins, Port of Corpus Christi Commissioner, Update to the Port Commission.
b. Proclamation submitted by Ruth Cristiana, Community Based Programs, recognizing October 2024, as Breast Cancer Awareness Month in San Patricio County.
c. Consideration and action on designating October 6 through October 12, 2024, as 4-H week in San Patricio County by Proclamation.
d. Consideration and action on request from Community Action Corporation of South Texas (CACOST) for Resolution Authorizing County Grant Program Year 2025 - Texas Department of Agriculture Texans Feeding Texans: Home-Delivered Meal Grant Program.
e. Discussion, re-consideration and action on a request from County Judge David Krebs and Melanie Cooper, Grant Management, on entering into a contract with Marshall Company, Ltd. for $965,663.00 with ARPA funds for San Patricio County Logistics Center RFP2024-011.
f. Discussion, consideration and action on request from Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4 to purchase 2 RICOH Fi-8170 document scanners @ $945.89 each (total cost of $1,891.78). (to replace a broken scanner and for a new employee). Request out of court technology fund or contingency.
g. Consideration and action on authorizing the Auditor's Office to request proposals for Cybersecurity services to be utilized by the Information Services department.
h. Discussion regarding culverts set by San Patricio County PCT#3 on the following County Roads. CR700, CR2367, CR1196, CR714, CR350, CR2467, CR2331, CR722, CR2337, CR694, CR2343.
i. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Chris Dorsey Projects, involving Odem Little League, ET AL
j. Discussion, consideration and possible action involving John Hernandez involving the completion of projects in a timely manner, including Project 1694 and Angelita Dr, ET AL.
4. PERSONNEL-Employment and current employee status changes in accordance with the current personnel policies, County Budget, and State law with notification of such changes to the payroll division of the Treasurer's office.
5. EXECUTIVE SESSION PUBLIC NOTICE is given that the San Patricio Commissioners Court may elect to go into Executive Session anytime during the meeting to discuss matters listed on the Agenda, when authorized by the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. To the extent there has been a past practice of distinguishing items for public deliberation and those for executive session, the public is advised that the Court is departing from that practice, and reserves the right to discuss any listed agenda items in executive session when authorized by law to do so. In the event the Commissioners Court elects to go into Executive Session regarding an agenda item the section or sections of the Open Meetings Act authorizing the Executive Session will be publicly announced by the presiding officer. In accordance with the authority of the Government Code, Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberation Regarding Real Property), 551.0725 (Contract being Negotiated), 551.073 (Prospective Gift), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.0745 (Personnel Matters Affecting County Advisory Body), 551.076 (Security Devices), 551.086 (Public Utilities Competitive Matters), 551.087 (Economic Development Negotiations) the Commissioners Court will hold an Executive Session to consult with attorney(s) including matters related to litigation; deliberate regarding real property; prospective gift(s); personnel matter(s), including termination; security devices, and/or economic development negotiations and other matters that may be discussed in an Executive Session. Upon completion of the Executive Session, the Commissioners' Court may in an open session take such action as appropriate on items discussed in Executive Session.
6. RECONVENE: Regular Commissioners Court Session
7. Consideration and action on all items discussed in the Executive Session.
