2.4.e. Consideration and action on request from John Hernandez, County Engineer, for Professional Services Contract between San Patricio County and Urban Engineering, LLC for providing surveying services in generating a Plat and Rezoning application process for the Justice Center in the amount of $10,000.00.
2.4.f. Consideration and action on request from John Hernandez, County Engineer, on request by Texas Eastern Transmission, LP to have San Patricio County sign as "Co-Landowner" for the "Antiquities Permit Application form Archeology" that will be submitted to the Texas Historical Commission. Texas Eastern Transmission, LP will sign as the Co-Sponsor and Texas Eastern Transmission, LP Consultant, Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. (Archeologist), will sign as the Co-Investigator. This Antiquities Permit Application is related to the "Ingleside Clean Energy Lateral Project" - a proposed project consisting of an 18 mile 24" diameter gas pipeline through the County. Only one parcel of "Public Lands" - San Patricio County's old landfill will be investigated by the Archeologists.
2.4.g. Consideration and action on request from Commissioner Wilkinson, R&B PCT3, to authorize the purchase of (2) two 2024 Bomag BW28RH Pneumatic Rollers which are compliant with Buy Board Contract #685-22 in the total amount of $399,641.16 (for both together). The funds for these will come out of Precinct 3's current 2024 budget.
2.4.h. Presentation, discussion and possible action on Steven Gonzalez, I.S. Manager, I.S. Department, report on research for possible cell phones plan to be used countywide.
2.4.i. Consideration and action on request by Steven Gonzalez, IT Director, to use courthouse security funds for the purchase and installation of an Access Control System in the Basement District Attorney's Office and Courtroom # 230 of the Courthouse for the amount of $8,182.62.
